Breed: Birmingham Roller |
Year: 2008 |
Gender: Hen |
|
Color: Dominant Opal Dunn Bald Head |
Band: NPARX1731-08 |
Description: She is a 5 to 8 feet roller. She is the first generation of my color project to make performing black or brown bald heads with white bars (Opal). Thanks to the spinner mom of hers, she rolls but nowhere near the performance I am looking for yet. She is the first generation and it will take couple of generations to create performance and color. Father of the Pigeon |

|
Bred: Birmingham Roller |
Year: 2007 |
Gender: Cock |
|
Color: Dominant Opal Bald Head |
Band: NPABW2537-07 |
Description: I don’t know much about this bird except he originally comes from breeder in KY. He is being used as a breeder as part of my white bar (Homozygous Opal) roller breeding project. I don’t think he was ever let out and flown before but in my loft, he loves to fly high and over an hour with my kit, and tail rides sometimes.

Mother of the Pigeon |

Bred: Birmingham Roller |
Year: 2007 |
Gender: Hen |
|
Color: Black Bald Head |
Band: NBRC172-07 |
Description: This is another Smith and Plona (mostly off Pensom's original imports) family that I got from Jeff Matt. She is 15-20 feet safe but really fast roller and a great competitions kit flyer where she joins the kit right after she breaks. She is also an excellent breeder.
